The Synstrat Group's Graham Middleton has penned another publication now available free of charge to practitioners entitled Buying and Selling General & Specialist Dental Practices.
The 36-page booklet offers 80 gems of wisdom and three case studies from Mr Middleton distilled from 24 years working with dentists and veterinarians, both specialists and general practitioners, in respect of business strategy, practice valuation and financial strategy. Mr Middleton first contributed to Australasian Dental Practice in the May/June 1996 edition.
