Bien-Air appoints Anthos as exclusive distributor

Leading Swiss handpiece manufacturer Bien-Air has appointed Anthos in Australia as its sole distributor for the Australian market. In the past, Bien Air has been available from multiple distributors which included Anthos.

"We are proud to be able to manage the Bien-Air brand in Australia exclusively," said Mr Phil Pagliuso, Managing Director of Anthos in Ausralia. "We have always regarded Bien-Air's handpieces, implant surgery motors and other products to be amongst the best in the world.

"As our business has expanded to become a national supplier of high quality dental equipment, we were able to make a compelling case to Bien-Air that we could build their presence in Australia by focussing our energies fully on the brand. This can only be done when we have an exclusive arrangement."

Mr Pagliuso said that Bien-Air handpieces and other products would be available in their dealer's showrooms in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne as well as other states. The range will also be expanded to give clinicians a greater choice of products that cover every niche.

Apart from Bien-Air, Anthos in Australia are also the exclusive agents for the Anthos range of Italian-made dental equipment which includes dental units, xray generators, digital x-ray sensor systems and intraoral cameras. They also distribute EdArredo dental cabinetry.

"Our product range encompasses the gamut of dental equipment and we are ideally placed to service the needs of dental practices, whether well-established or setting up from scratch."
