Centaur expands customer service team

Centaur Software, creators of Dental 4 Windows Practice Management Software, have expanded their team of dental practice management professionals who together have over 50 years of experience in the dental industry.

These seasoned professionals will deliver expert consultation to practices on their exact requirements to provide the most cost effective solution.

The team now includes Harry Snow as National and NSW Sales Manager; Mark Taylor as State Sales Manager for WA and SA; Mac Swift as State Sales Manager for Queensland and NT; Kasim Tawfik as Sales Manager for New Zealand; and Wayne Millard as State Sales Manager for Victoria and Tasmania.

Mr Snow has had an extensive career in computer technology and accounting software and over the last 8 years, specialised in the dental practice market. He has consulted with hundreds of dental and allied health practices and has implemented cost-effective software and equipment solutions. With a broad understanding of practice requirements and a keen ability to listen, Mr Snow can deliver solutions that will satisfy the most demanding practice.

Mr Taylor has extensive experience in computers and technology with over 30 years in the dental industry. He has helped implement technology solutions into numerous dental practices throughout Australia and understands the numerous challenges that this brings to the practitioner.

Mr Swift has worked in the dental industry since 1991, initially involved with intraoral camera systems, patient education products and practice management software. He was involved a great deal with helping the developers of an American practice management software package "Australianise" their product, further developing the programme for the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Mr Tawfik holds a degree in electrical engineering and small business management. He joins Centaur Software with 8 years experience in the industry as a dental practice manager. With his business and marketing background, Mr Tawfik is also opening up a new market for Centaur Software in the Middle East.

Mr Millard has been working with dentists for over 10 years assisting them through the often difficult decision making process of practice computerisation. His knowledge of digital imaging technology has also helped many dentists successfully integrate external devices such as intraoral cameras and digital X-ray units into their practice management systems. Mr Millard is well placed to help dentists and allied health professionals who want to achieve a more efficient business outcome for their practice using a totally integrated information system.
