Centaur Software, developers of Dental-4-Windows practice management software, has won the 2003 Australian Achiever Award for the Sydney Computer Systems, Software and Internet Services and Suppliers category for the second year running.
Now in its seventh year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings and feedback from a businesses' own customers.
The award system focuses on seven criteria - time related service; addressing client needs; care and attention; value; attitude; communication; and overall perception.
Centaur Software achieved a 98.94% overall score for customer service and relations, topping all other Sydney companies in the category.
Established in 1992 by Dr Frank Papadopoulos, Michael Sokol and Dr Yuri Tsimbler, Centaur Software now operates with 21 full time and 2 part time employees plus distribution through five product specialists at Henry Schein Regional. Apart from their flagship Dental-4-Windows SQL practice management software system, the company develops software for physiotherapists, podiatrists, chiropractors and all other allied health providers.
