Ceramill Zolid with optimised material properties and assortment update

New Products

With Ceramill Zolid, Amann Girrbach succeeded in providing high-grade zirconia with aesthetically convincing translucency for fully anatomical restorations and veneerable frameworks as well as ensuring long-term stability.

Now the concept has been improved and updated step-by-step under the motto "as little as possible, but as much as necessary". The objective - as much versatility as possible when customising restorations, yet maximum efficiency and reliability during processing. The outcome is a compact, clearly laid out group of products featuring enhanced working and material parameters with well-matched individual components meeting all the requirements of a modern dental laboratory where aesthetics and cost-effective processing are concerned.

Besides classical white zirconia blanks, the Ceramill Zolid assortment of blanks include three pre-shaded Ceramill Zolid blanks that cover 80% of most commonly used tooth shades (A2, A3, B2, B3). When used for monolithic restorations or as a base for a customised aesthetic restoration, they can be used without colouring liquids and sintered directly after milling. The user benefits from accelerated processing and advantageous costs.

The 16 Vita-Classic shades and liquids for the gingival region, immersion and brushing techniques allow leeway for custom effects. They guarantee not only a wide range of customisation options for restorations but also ensure that colour liquids no longer have to be mixed, thus providing for shade stability whilst saving time and simplifying use. This system for efficient aesthetics is rounded off by further Ceramill Stains & Glazes for use on fully anatomical and anatomically prepared Ceramill Zolid restorations.
