ConnectDental expands Technology Support

Henry Schein ConnectDental has appointed Mr Neil McAllister as its Support Team Leader for Australia and New Zealand. With over 29 years experience in the dental Industry, Mr McAllister more than qualifies as Henry Schein’s SOS (Support On-Site) expert and is responsible for all technical and remote customer support functions including hardware, software, clinical and laboratory.

He began his career in the dental field as a dental technician in the Army and has also worked in several other areas of the industry including sales and service. Mr McAllister has been the backbone in helping Henry Schein to grow their CAD/CAM business, having started with the company in 2009 looking after nine E4D systems, to the present day where he and his team look after around 200 systems in the market with brands ranging from Planmeca and 3Shape to Roland and VHF. Mr McAllister’s customer first-mindset makes him a valuable asset and in his spare time, he likes to garden, ride his bicycle and, when he is not busy looking after customers, go snow skiing.
