core3dcentres has appointed Mr Ross Phillips as its new Business Development Manager based at their manufacturing site in North Ryde, Sydney.
Mr Phillips started his dental career working for a Computerised Practice Management system supplier in the UK. He then moved into dental implants as a Territory Manager for Nobel Biocare, setting up operations in Scotland for the company before subsequently migrating to Australia whilst still in their employ. During the last four years, Mr Phillips has worked for BIOMET3i as their National Sales Manager. According to Mr Phillips, his passion for IT and digital dentistry meant the opportunity at core3dcentres was too good a role to pass up. "Being able to distribute the market leading powder free CADENT iTero digital impression system and the 3shape laboratory scanner allows me to be involved with two of the best scanning companies in the world," he said. "I am looking forward to being to help practices across Australia digitise their work flow and finally get rid of conventional impression materials for crown, bridge and implant work." Mr Phillips brings a wealth of management, technical and IT expertise to the role and having just returned from training at CADENT's head office, he is well placed to help demonstrate the benefits of the open architecture for both iTero and 3Shape scanners.
