Last chance to see the "Queen" in 2004

Legendary Queen of Practice Management, Jennifer de St Georges, is only weeks away from arriving in Australia to deliver Practice Management for the 21st Century, a completely new programme specifically developed to address the challenges faced by Australian and New Zealand dentists.

The day and a half presentation will be delivered in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Auckland and is a unique opportunity to get up close and personal with a presenter who has seen it all from personal experience in the UK, Europe, Africa and the Americas. Any problem you have, any situation you are unsure of with regard to dental practice management, chances are it will be covered in this programme or can be addressed in the Q&A sessions, breaks or the evening presentation prior to the full day.

"Jennifer is very real and packs no punches," said Dr Phillip Palmer. "Don't expect to hear a lot of glossy, pie in the sky, ethereal suggestions. You will get down and dirty and walk away not only wanting to change the way you manage your practice, but you will have the skills to do it and support for the future."

The evening and a day format of Practice Management for the 21st Century is viewed as ideal by Ms de St Georges for transferring knowledge and skills to participants that will ensure maximum retention and subsequent implementation in their practice.

"It is always difficult to come away from a very focussed environment like your dental practice and get value from a seminar programme," Ms de St Georges said. "The format of Practice Management for the 21st Century is designed to ease you into the full day programme with an evening session prior to the event.

"Not only does the evening session get you in the mood for the next day, it will also help you to conceptualise overnight what you hope to achieve the next day.

"To learn anything at a seminar programme, you have to allow yourself time to think about what has been said and too often, people go away and the very next day, have many questions but no one to answer them.

"The format obviously also allows me to cover a greater amount of information in more depth and at an acceptable pace rather than rushing through important areas.

"I am very much looking forward to seeing all my friends in Australia once again and I am excited to deliver so much new material."

Joining Ms de St Georges are Dr Palmer and Dr Michael Sernik, who work with Australian dentists every day through the Prime Practice management consultancy. Drs Palmer and Sernik have been working with Ms de St Georges for several months to ensure the programme delivered will provide information on world's best practice in dental management while at the same time, be tailored to uniquely reflect the Australian market.
