Over the course of the last decade, through the use of Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM), many dental laboratories have completely changed the way they work. New digital technology eliminates the variable of human error. It delivers a more accurate result for the patient and the clinician from start to finish and improves communication during the consultation and treatment process.

Digital Special Trays are computer designed trays with an exact 2 or 3mm spacing which allows an even setting of the chosen material, compared to traditional method's which are often inaccurate. Their special tray files use 3D liquid printing for production.

Innovative CAD Denture Design is a construction system that incorporates Scanning Technology, Computer Aided Design and 3D Printing. Cobalt Chrome Dentures printed in 3D are accurate and a consistent technique in 0.65mm thick frames that delivers fast turnaround times and reduces client chairside adjustment.
