The new version 12 of Centaur Software's Dental4Windows practice management solution sports a new-look interface, 3D charting, interactive forms to post on your website, iPAD integration, automated SMS returns and more.
"Dental4Windows version 12 is designed to cement our position as the number one practice management software supplier in the Australian market," said Mr Doug Malcolm, Marketing and Product Manager at Centaur Software.
"We've introduced a more contemporary look to the system and added a range of features that our customers both need and want, including the ability for patients to begin to interact with the practice electronically using the internet and other technologies, all controlled through Dental4Windows.
"When the ADA surveyed members in 2008, the results showed dental4windows as the most popular practice management system across Australia," Mr Malcolm said. "Since then, with the advent of the GFC and a greater focus on the efficient management of dental enterprises, we've seen record sales. We now believe we have an even greater market share than when the last survey was completed four years ago and version 12 will ensure we continue to grow."
Mr Malcom said that over the years, Centaur have made a point of surveying its customers to confirm the company is continually meeting the needs of users for the products and services it delivers.
"In the most recent survey we undertook, we've improved even further from last year with the frequency customers need to call us dropping 12%," said Mr David MacDonald, Support Manager at Centaur. "25% said support had improved over the previous year and for the last six months, 83% of calls were answered within 1 minute. Given our support is of the highest industry standard already, this is great as we continue to set an even higher benchmark."
This year, Centaur released its own range of imaging products including the Mediacam intraoral camera and Mediaray digital x-ray sensor. Each device sold by Centaur is individually pre-tested for both functionality and direct integration to Mediasuite, the dental4windows digital imaging module.
