A-dec Australia already offers an industry leading 5-year comprehensive warranty on its equipment and now for even greater piece of mind, has introduced A-dec Care, a preventative maintenance program designed to ensure your equipment works when you want it to work.
The A-dec Care program involves an annual, comprehensive 55-point check-up performed by A-dec dealer authorised service technicians. They will inspect, lubricate, test and adjust enrolled A-dec chair packages and upon competition, provide a written report detailing any items deemed to require further attention. The A-dec Care program is available to all existing owners and potential purchasers of both A-dec 500™ and Cascade®/Radius® chair packages. Scheduled check-ups are recommended to take place on each 12-month anniversary from the date of initial installation. The cost of the program is $555.00. Both check-up times and invoicing can be arranged through you're A-dec dealer or service technician.
