Following continued expansion during 2003, High Tech Laser have appointed a Service Manager to cater to the needs of the company's growing client base.
Mr Peter Moeser brings more than 13 years experience in technical service to the company and will co-ordinate all aspects of after-sales service, including all laser servicing and scheduled maintenance. According to High Tech's managing director, Matt Moncrieff, the additional role is a logical step in the company's development. "Peter's appointment ensures High Tech can continue to offer superior after-sales service and support, and will ensure ongoing development of our maintenance programme." He said Mr Moeser is keen to develop his role over the coming months, and sees an opportunity to set a new standard in best practice for after-sales service and support. "My role is part of our package of total support for our customers," Mr Moeser said. "And the best way to provide that is to work with our clients and suppliers to develop the most comprehensive after-sales programme in Australia.
