Oasis Software continues rapid growth

Leading Australian practice management software provider, Oasis Software has expanded its support and training operations with the arrival of four new team members.

According to the company, they bring with them customer service, technical support and training delivery experience that will be a valuable addition to the existing team which has doubled in size over the last 18 months. Significant investment has also gone into new telephony and call centre systems, CRM case tracking software, remote access technology and a comprehensive program of customer service training for the national support team. "The expanded team and our investment in infrastructure are a result of significant sales growth in 2007 which continued strongly during the first quarter of 2008," said Mike Engle, General Manager of Software of Excellence Australia. "We also added the Dentrix support centre to our operations and now have over 1700 practices using our software solutions in Australia. "Our unique ability to offer a range of practice management solutions is fundamental to this success and our future growth plans. Our sales team can genuinely listen to the needs of a practice and then demonstrate the right solution to them based on their requirements. Other software suppliers only offer a single solution regardless of what the practice may actually need. Development and data conversion resources have also been added to the business. "New customers are telling us that they buy Oasis because of our reputation for excellent customer service and continual product innovation. We are seeing more practices move away from competitive systems and a growing demand for data conversions. Software of Excellence (the developers of both Oasis and EXACT) has a full time conversion team and 23 developers working on its practice management software solutions. Last year Software of Excellence converted data from over 8 different competitive systems for 40 different practices."
