Oral-B set to Triumph with new power brush

Oral-B has launched its most technologically advanced and sophisticated rechargeable toothbrush yet, the Oral-B 9000 Triumph Rechargeable Toothbrush.

The toothbrush is designed to motivate better regular brushing and decrease bad brushing habits at the same time.

According to the company, first and foremost, the Oral-B Triumph features innovative and new brushhead technology. Patients can achieve cleaner, whiter teeth and healthier gums with the use of a revolutionary Oral-B FlossAction brush head. This features micropulse bristles that surround each tooth and penetrate between teeth to sweep away plaque and deliver a superior clean of the teeth and gums like never before (NB: Does not replace flossing).

As a whitening alternative, the Triumph comes with a dentist-inspired Oral-B Pro-Bright BrushHead, and this provides natural whitening and polishing in only 21 days.

The Oral-B Triumph is also the first toothbrush with an easy-to-use LCD onboard computer. To help maintain good oral health and customise brushing habits, the LCD screen uses Smart Technology. This tracks and responds to individual brush head use, determines when it needs to be replaced, and customizes the brushing experience with the option of four unique brushing modes - choices include clean, soft, massage and polish modes.

Oral-B Triumph Smart Technology times each brushing session with a professional timer and signals every 30 seconds to encourage thorough and equal brushing of the four quadrants of the mouth. It also features a pressure sensor that stops pulsations when brushing too hard.

Other features include interactive feedback in 13 languages, a portable SmartPlug charger to encourage good oral health when at home or traveling. And finally, the Triumph brushing system is totally hygienic with a dishwasher safe base and washable handle.

The Oral-B Triumph gives patients better control of every brushing stroke and equates to brilliant results, cleaner teeth and healthier gums than previously thought possible.
