Australia's leading dental management specialists, Prime Practice, has announced the launch of a new range of products on the eve of its 20-year anniversary.
The range will be available for Prime clients and the broader dental community and will expand on the already vast number of services it provides to dentists throughout Australia and New Zealand. Prime Practice was established by dentists, for dentists and has helped thousands create ideal, profitable dental practices through coaching, workshops, communication and leadership training.
In the coming months, Prime Practice will be introducing a major new course - the Primespeak Master classes, in addition to new marketing and recruitment services. Prime's new Growth Program will also be made available to the public, giving them access to a range of Prime services at a cheaper entry point.
Due to the enormous global success of Primespeak, Prime is now offering the Primespeak Master classes, which will be touring Australia and New Zealand in 2015. This will be available to any dentist who has completed Primespeak and will include new communication techniques and case studies to help dentists use Primespeak even more effectively in their practices. As one of Primespeak's long-term clients, Dr Brett Taylor, said "nothing will change your practice for the better more than Primespeak. Nothing!"
Dr Phillip Palmer, founder of Prime Practice, says that two of the most exciting developments at Prime are the new recruitment and marketing services - Prime Practice Recruit and Prime Marketing. "Our goal is to provide our clients with everything they could need to run a successful practice," he said. "We want to equip them with all the tools they need to not only grow their business, but also make it a place where their patients and staff are happy and they look forward to coming to work each day".
Prime Practice Marketing
Prime Practice believes that a practice's marketing should never be ad-hoc, but rather part of a larger strategy for business growth and prosperity. Prime has partnered with My Dental Marketing to create Prime Marketing, a service that will help dentists set and achieve their business goals through marketing strategies, which have been developed by an experienced team with a deep understanding of the Australian and New Zealand dental industries.
Prime Practice has also appointed Sue Rusalen, a senior dental hygienist with more than 30-years' dental experience. Sue has held every role in a dental practice other than that of a dentist, giving her unparalleled first-hand knowledge of what it takes to run a successful practice. She has been employed as South Australia business development manager. With professional speaker and coaching experience also under her belt, Sue is a perfect fit for the Prime family.
Prime Practice Recruit
Over the last 20 years, Prime Practice has developed a deep understanding of the role and impact that each team member has in a dental practice - no business is in a better position than Prime to provide dentists with assistance in growing their teams. Prime Practice Recruit will be headed by Carlene Matkovich, who has more than 20 years' experience in medical and dental training and recruitment. According to Dr Palmer, "Carlene has a genuine passion for building sustainable teams that will contribute to the success of their practice and brings invaluable knowledge and skills to the Prime Practice Recruit team".
