Sirona appoints new country manager for New Zealand

Mr Andrew Hoggard has joined Sirona Dental Systems in New Zealand as Country Manager, following a broad 27-year career with Shalfoon Dental (New Zealand) as General Manager; Halas Dental (Sydney) as General Manager; and Henry Schein Halas (Sydney) as National Sales Manager.

An opportunity arose to be closer to his family in New Zealand which was tremendous timing with the new role. “Sirona’s commitment to improving the patient experience by offering the very best in innovation, optimum comfort and technology was a key reason for me joining the company,” Mr Hoggard said. “We are committed to partnering with the New Zealand dental profession to provide working solutions which will assist New Zealand dentists to be more productive, profitable and provide their patients with technology that enhances the patient experience.” His role includes the management of the national sales team and he is thrilled to be part of a truly focused, caring and professional team to serve the New Zealand dental profession.
