Supermaxi Investec Loyal sails for ADA NSW

Investec-sponsored supermaxi Investec Loyal participated in the ADA NSW sailing day on 24 February with 30 other yachts and over 200 participants, mostly from the dental community.

This annual event is sponsored by Investec Experien, a leading financier to medical and dental professionals.

Investec Loyal also competed in the Sydney to Hobart yacht race in December, finishing in fourth place in line honours and seventh place in handicap. This was a great effort from the crew which included experienced sailors and celebrities. Investec's Phil Kearns joined a group of high-profile Australians - including Olympic swimmer Grant Hackett, boxer Danny green and television personality Larry Emdur - and 13 distinguished sailors to compete in the 2009 race.

Investec supports the Loyal Foundation and its goal of raising $1 million for struggling charities so they can continue to help those in need and brighten the lives of those are less fortunate.
