Syncretize takes on hardware support for Teamwork

Full service IT consultancy Syncretize Pty Ltd has taken over the provision of hardware and hardware support services from Teamwork Solutions for dental and specialist medical practices throughout NSW and the ACT.

This move comes as a part of Teamwork Solutions decision to concentrate on the sales distribution, training and consultancy of the Oasis and Exact practice management systems for dental and specialist medical practices.

"In making this decision, it was imperative for Teamwork to secure an arrangement with a proven and professional hardware company which could best provide a large range of specialised hardware services required by our client base," said Andrew Vanezis, Managing Director of Teamwork Solutions (pictured).

"Teamwork will now be in a position to offer expanded training services and focus on providing even higher levels of value-added services to clients. These will be aimed at allowing practices to increase their software knowledge, therefore giving them the opportunity to fully maximize the benefits available from their Oasis or Exact business software solutions.

Syncretize has been providing tailored business solutions and hardware support services for the past five years and have also worked closely with Teamwork Solutions in the past, proving their expertise in the dental market.

Some of the main areas Syncretize will be focusing on include network security services, network installation and monitoring, and systems integration services.
