Synstrat Dental Stories now available

Long time Australasian Dental Practice columnist Graham Middleton has launched his latest book, Synstrat Dental Stories: Strategic Thought & Business Tactics for Dentists.

The 335-page book is filled with valuable information for dentists, amusing stories and dental folklore - a must-read for dentists! Graham's style and much of the content will be familiar to readers already. Copies of the book and may be obtained by making a donation to the Delany Foundation, Mr Middleton's charity of choice. It is a charity founded by the Patrician Brothers to bring hope and opportunity into the lives of young people deprived of education. The Patricians' efforts offer services to communities through education, health care, food and water. All donations from you will ensure that the Patrician outreach to those in great need will be continued in Australia, Papua New Guinea, Kenya and Ghana. Graham owes a personal debt to the Patrician Brothers, a selfless group of individuals who lived a life of poverty and educated large numbers of children, maintaining schools which only existed because they taught for no more reward than their basic keep. They were also enthusiastic, dare one say fanatical, Rugby League coaches. In these days of government funding, their schools are now well-appointed and staffed by laypersons in conditions which the Patrician Brothers of old would have regarded as luxurious. The charity is administered by retired Patricians and alumni who provide their services for free. Hence every dollar collected is spent on those in need.
