The greatest dental show on earth

From March 12-16, 2013 the international dental world will again come together at the International Dental Show in Cologne, Germany for the 35th time. More than 1,950 exhibitors from over 55 countries will present the newest innovations, products, procedures and services from the dental sector. In addition to the products on display at the exhibitors' stands, the supporting programme will present exciting information for all visitors, meaning there will be something for everyone.

The Speakers' Corner in Hall 3.1 will once again present a diverse programme on all five days of the fair. Between 10 am and 5 pm, experts will give half-hour talks presenting the latest trends, innovations, products and techniques from the research laboratories and ideas and workshops from various exhibitors. The forum's schedule includes themes such as prophylactic care, CAD/CAM, radio diagnostics, implant dentistry and dental anaesthesia.

IDS 2013 also has its own app for iPhone, Blackberry and other operating systems that contains a catalogue and innovative navigation system for mobile devices that guides visitors purposefully through the halls and to the corresponding exhibition stands. In addition, the app provides information on the catering services and support programme at the event. The app is available to users free of charge. Visitors can access important information relating to the IDS at all times while they are on the move or in the exhibition halls.

IDS takes place in Cologne every two years and is organized by the GFDI and staged by Koelnmesse GmbH, Cologne.
