VOCO Australia restructures

VOCO Australia Pty Ltd has become a wholly owned subsidiary of VOCO GmbH after the German consumables manufacturer purchased the local operation on 7 Feb 2003.

Former owners, Gary and Cheryl Berry have resigned as directors with the newly appointed directors being Mr Olaf Sauerbier and managing director and company secretary, Mr Marc Banzer. The new registered office has also relocated from Melbourne to Sydney and is now Suite 406-408, 251 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction.

"We are excited that VOCO Australia will now become much more aligned with the global strategies of VOCO Europe and this will deliver unprecedented service and support to VOCO's customer base," said Mr Banzer. "Gary and Cheryl did a tremendous job in laying the foundations for future growth and we wish them well in their new endeavours."

VOCO has also appointed Ms Rose De Michele (0407-699-414) as Queensland representative to replace Mr Ian Bedford. Distribution of VOCO's extensive range of clinical dental products will remain unchanged with availability from all major dealers.
